About the Discretionary Grant

The Dannonmbi Foundation’s Discretionary Grant program is designed to provide swift responses to urgent humanitarian needs across Nigeria. This grant supports interventions in education and health that emerge between regular funding cycles, ensuring rapid and impactful assistance in moments of crisis or unforeseen challenges. The Foundation remains committed to empowering vulnerable communities through targeted and measurable short-term projects.

How It Works

Step 1

Identify Community Needs

Organizations or groups can pinpoint pressing challenges that align with the Foundation’s focus on health and education. Clear documentation of the problem and proposed solutions are crucial at this stage.

Step 2

Submit an Application

Eligible organizations can submit a concise application outlining the proposed project, expected outcomes, and the anticipated impact on the target community. The application must align with the Discretionary Grant’s requirements and funding limits.

Step 3

Evaluation and Approval

The Foundation reviews applications to assess feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and community impact. Approved projects are then funded promptly to ensure timely intervention and support.
